Serving the Lord with all of my heart!

The Lyme disease forum was phenominal because it was a full evening of education.  Our guests stayed well beyond our finish time so that their questions could be addressed and we are grateful to our physicians and LDA president for staying well past 11pm to answer them.

Days later, we continue to hear from physicians and guests with affirmation and amazement at the credibility and science presented by our panel of Lyme disease experts and physicians.

We had over 240 in attendance; folks to include local and regional doctors and healthcare professionals (about 1/4 of our audience), Lyme patients and their family members, game commission, pharmaceutical reps, PA Dept of Health reps, biology professors and media coverage to name a few.

We are grateful that each one was able to glean valuable information so that they are equipped and better prepared to protect loved ones and patients.

Much continues to be in the works to help with prevention and legislation for our region and state.  Stay tuned for future events which will be listed on the home page as they come up.  We hope to upload photos and links for news articles are they are published.  Blessings.

For many years, she has testified and educated at all governmental levels on Lyme issues in states including PA, FL, NH, NY, NJ, MA, RI, CT, MD, and also in DC.

Under her leadership, the LDA has become national in scope with 33 affiliates/chapters coast to coast. The LDA provides nationwide grants for LD research, some of which have resulted in published peer-reviewed articles in journals such as JAMA, The Journal of Neuropsychiatry and Clinical Neurosciences, and The Proceedings of the National Academy of Science, Infection and Immunity, and Journal of Clinical Microbiology.

Working along with LDA Greenwich affiliate, TFL, she led the LDA in partnering with Columbia U. to open an endowed research center for Lyme disease. A Note from your Hostess:    “Hey, I'm glad you stopped by!  This is going to be an amazing forum!  It is a gift to my community and our surrounding areas. Doctors, specialists, veterinarians, healthcare providers, educators, local representatives and families are encouraged to come.  You will walk away with the truth and you will be able to prevent and protect yourself and your family if you find your loved one facing Lyme disease.  I will present a check to the Lyme Disease Association (LDA) from a private donation and the proceeds of the charity auctions of my gown designs sold on eBay.  The LDA has raised more research funds for a cure for Lyme disease than any government or other organization. I hope you will be encouraged and blessed.  I am excited to greet you the evening of the event."
